Long driveways, metal roofs, well-water rust and weekly pool routes — this is the neighbourhood we work out of, so it is usually a short drive.

North Fort Myers is home. The business is based here in 33917, which makes this the one service area where there is a fair chance we are already working on your street.
North of the river the parcels get wider and the driveways get longer. A quarter-acre lot off Bayshore or out toward Suncoast Estates often has fifty or sixty feet of drive, a separate parking pad, a walk to the front door and a slab behind the house. That is a lot of square footage, and it is why we quote on measured area rather than a flat per-house number that would be wrong in both directions.
Mature oak and slash pine shade most of the older North Fort Myers neighbourhoods, and the needles and leaves they drop are what makes concrete up here go dark. Pine needles leave a rust-coloured tannin that sets hard; oak leaves go grey-black. Both soak into the slab, and both need pre-treatment and dwell time rather than more pressure.
A good share of the housing here is manufactured or modular, with vinyl or aluminium siding and a ribbed metal roof. None of that takes high pressure. Metal panels dent and seams open up; vinyl lets water in behind the course if you drive it upward. It all gets soft-washed at low pressure with the chemistry doing the work, and the panels are rinsed from the ridge down so nothing streaks.
Well irrigation is common on this side of the river, and the iron in it is what paints that orange arc across a driveway, walk or pool deck. A normal wash will not touch it. It takes a dedicated rust treatment, which we price separately at the quote so you can decide whether it is worth doing on that particular slab.
Paver drives and pool decks up here take a beating from tree debris and sprinkler overspray, and sand joints wash out faster on a long slope. Cleaning, re-sanding and sealing are three different jobs, and we will tell you honestly which of them yours actually needs. Weekly pool service runs on the same route schedule as the rest of Lee County.
Driveways, walks, pool decks and patios, cleaned with a surface cleaner so the finish is even.
Roof Washing→Low-pressure soft wash that kills the black streaking at the root. No wand, no walking brittle tile.
House Soft Washing→Stucco, siding, soffits and eaves cleaned at low pressure so nothing is driven behind the surface.
Paver Sealing→Clean, re-sand and seal — matte, satin or wet-look — so the colour holds and the joints stay put.
Weekly Pool Service→A real route stop: brushing, netting, baskets, filter check and a full chemical balance every week.
All residential services→Fence washing, deck and lanai cleaning, pool cage washing, paver tinting and paver restoration.
Same crew, same equipment, same schedule across the whole city — and the rest of Lee County while we are at it.
Yes — the business is run out of 33917. There is no separate branch or franchise; the same people who quote the job are the ones who show up to do it.
Usually. Those come from iron in well irrigation water, and they need a dedicated rust treatment rather than more pressure. It is a separate step from the wash, so it is quoted separately and you can decide at that point.
It would, which is why we do not pressure wash either one. Metal and vinyl are soft-washed at low pressure with detergent doing the cleaning, then rinsed from the top down so there are no streaks and nothing is forced behind a panel.
Yes, including the acreage and the manufactured-home communities. Longer driveways and bigger slabs simply mean more measured area in the quote — there is no separate charge for being further out.
Send the address and a couple of photos. We will come back with a price, not a range.
