Barrel tile roofs, paver drives and pool decks, screened lanais and weekly pool routes — including the HOA notice with a date on it.

Estero is mostly newer and mostly gated, and that changes what we get called for. Barrel tile roofs, more paver drive per house than almost anywhere in the county, and an HOA letter with a deadline attached.
A good share of Estero work starts with a notice about a dirty roof, a stained driveway or a mildewed wall, and a window to get it fixed. We will tell you up front whether we can be there inside that window rather than booking you and hoping it works out. If the letter names specific items, send a photo of it and we will quote exactly those.
The concrete and clay barrel tile across The Brooks, Grandezza and Bella Terra streaks black on the north and east slopes first. That is gloeocapsa algae, and it is alive, which is why a rinse makes it look better for a month and then it is back. A low-pressure soft wash kills it at the root. Tile is also brittle and expensive to match, so it is treated from the edges and from ladders rather than walked across.
Once the sand joints wash out and the surface goes chalky, a clean on its own will look good for a season and then drift back. Cleaning, re-sanding and then sealing is what actually holds the colour and keeps weeds and ants out of the joints. There is a real choice to make about the finish too — matte, satin or wet-look change the look of the same driveway completely.
Almost every home here has a screened lanai, and the cage traps the mildew that the afternoon storms feed. Frames, screens, the deck and the pool coping are one job, soft-washed so nothing is driven through the mesh. If the pool itself needs a weekly route stop, that is handled by the same company rather than a second contractor.
Plenty of Estero houses sit empty through the summer and get opened again in the autumn. Four months of rain with nobody rinsing anything means the lanai, drive, cage and roof all want attention at once. Booking that before you fly in means it is done when you walk in, rather than three weeks after.
Driveways, walks, pool decks and patios, cleaned with a surface cleaner so the finish is even.
Roof Washing→Low-pressure soft wash that kills the black streaking at the root. No wand, no walking brittle tile.
House Soft Washing→Stucco, siding, soffits and eaves cleaned at low pressure so nothing is driven behind the surface.
Paver Sealing→Clean, re-sand and seal — matte, satin or wet-look — so the colour holds and the joints stay put.
Weekly Pool Service→A real route stop: brushing, netting, baskets, filter check and a full chemical balance every week.
All residential services→Fence washing, deck and lanai cleaning, pool cage washing, paver tinting and paver restoration.
Same crew, same equipment, same schedule across the whole city — and the rest of Lee County while we are at it.
Tell us the date when you call. We will either commit to being there inside the window or say we cannot, rather than taking the booking and hoping. Send a photo of the letter and we will quote the specific items it names.
Because it is alive. The streaking is gloeocapsa algae, and rinsing only removes what is on the surface. A low-pressure soft wash with the right mix kills the organism, which is why the result lasts instead of returning the next wet season.
It depends on the joints and the surface. If the sand has washed out or the pavers have gone chalky, cleaning alone will not hold. We walk the driveway and tell you whether it needs re-sanding first, and which finish suits it.
Yes, that is a common request here. Give us the arrival date and we will schedule the lanai, cage, deck, drive and roof so the work is finished before you get in rather than after.
Send the address and a couple of photos. We will come back with a price, not a range.
