Professional Paver Sealing

Florida's intense UV rays, frequent rain, and salt air erode your pavers fast. Professional sealing creates a protective barrier that locks in color, prevents staining, slows weed growth, and extends the life of your paver surfaces by years.

We start every sealing job with a thorough pressure wash to remove dirt, mold, and algae — then re-sand joints and apply a professional-grade sealer for a long-lasting result.

  • Deep pressure wash & clean
  • Joint sand replacement
  • Professional-grade sealer
  • UV & rain protection
  • Weed growth barrier
  • Oil & stain resistance
  • Driveways & walkways

Why tear out and replace pavers when you can change their color entirely? Paver tinting is one of the most dramatic — and cost-effective — exterior upgrades you can make to your SWFL home.

The tint bonds directly with the sealer for a durable, long-lasting finish that revives sun-bleached pavers or completely transforms the look of your driveway or pool deck.

Paver Tinting: A Whole New Look

Paver tinting is one of the most dramatic visual upgrades you can make to your home's exterior — without tearing anything out. If your pavers have faded to a dull, washed-out color from years of Florida sun exposure, or if you simply want a different look, tinting is the answer.

Applied in combination with our sealing service, paver tints bond deeply with the surface for a rich, even finish that lasts. We carry a range of colors suited to SWFL architectural styles.

  • Change or enrich paver color completely
  • Revives sun-bleached or faded pavers
  • Fraction of the cost of replacement
  • Works on driveways, pool decks, and patios
  • Combined with sealing for maximum durability
  • Multiple color options available

Paver Sealing FAQ

In SWFL, we recommend sealing every 2–3 years depending on exposure and traffic. Pool decks and driveways that get heavy use or direct sun may need more frequent attention.
Absolutely — in fact, sealing new or previously unsealed pavers is ideal. We clean, re-sand, and seal as usual. The sooner pavers are sealed after installation or after stripping old sealer, the better.
Light foot traffic is typically okay within 24 hours. For driveways, we recommend waiting 48–72 hours before driving on the surface to allow the sealer to fully cure — especially in Florida's heat and humidity.
Gloss sealer gives pavers a wet-look sheen that deepens colors dramatically. Matte (satin) sealer provides the same protection with a more natural finish. We discuss both options and let you choose what fits your home's look.
Yes — we work with a variety of paver materials including travertine, concrete, clay, and marble. Different materials require different sealers and application methods, which we assess on-site before starting.
Sealing doesn't repair structural issues like cracked or shifted pavers — those need to be reset or replaced first. We'll flag any structural concerns we spot during our assessment and let you decide how to proceed before we apply sealer.
