Premier Pressure & Pools, LLC

Terms of Service

Effective Date: [07/01/2025]

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, receiving, or paying for services from Premier Pressure & Pools, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), you (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not hire or schedule services with us.

2. Scope of Work

Services may include, but are not limited to: pressure washing, soft washing, pool cleaning, pool maintenance, chemical balancing, filter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning or maintenance work as agreed upon in writing or verbally.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Property Preparation:
Client agrees to secure windows and doors, remove or clearly identify fragile or valuable items in service areas, and inform Company of known hazards (e.g., loose fixtures, rotting wood, drainage issues).

  • Furniture:
Clients may choose to leave outdoor furniture on patios for Company to move. This service must be agreed upon in advance and will incur an additional fee.

  • Access:
Client must provide safe, unobstructed access to service areas, outdoor water supply, pool equipment, and pool enclosures as needed.

  • Electrical Precautions:
Company will take reasonable precautions, including taping outlets, but is not responsible for damage to outlets, lights, or fixtures exposed to water during normal washing procedures.

  • Pets & People:
Client must keep pets, children, and others away from the work area for safety.

4. Pre-Existing Conditions

Company is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from already deteriorated, rotted, cracked, loose, or poorly installed surfaces, paint, caulking, windows, seals, screens, or fixtures.

  • Damage to painted surfaces that may peel, flake, or chip under normal cleaning pressure when paint is aged, deteriorated, or improperly applied.

  • Surfaces affected by prior unreported repairs or hidden defects.

5. Windows & Water Intrusion

Company is not liable for water entering the home through open windows, doors, cracks, or faulty seals. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure windows and doors are closed and sealed before service.

6. Painted & Coated Surfaces

While we take care during cleaning, painted, stained, or sealed surfaces—especially those with aged, peeling, or improperly applied finishes—may experience flaking, chipping, or fading under normal cleaning procedures. Client acknowledges this risk and releases Company from liability for such occurrences.

7. Electrical & Mechanical Systems

Company will not inspect, service, or repair pool pumps, filters, heaters, timers, or related pool equipment, as we are not licensed for pool equipment repairs. We are not responsible for existing issues with such equipment or damage arising from pre-existing faults unrelated to our cleaning or maintenance activities.

8. Water Supply & Usage

Client agrees to supply water at the property. We are not responsible for water usage charges, restrictions, or low pressure affecting service.

9. Landscaping & Plants

Company takes reasonable care, but is not responsible for:

  • Damage to plants, grass, or landscaping exposed to overspray, cleaning solutions, or foot traffic.

  • Damage to areas of landscaping that limit necessary access to surfaces or pool equipment.

10. Roof & Elevated Work

  • Roof cleaning services involve risk due to the fragile nature of some materials. We are not responsible for damage to shingles, tiles, or membranes with pre-existing weakness, improper installation, or hidden defects.

  • We may refuse to perform work if we determine it cannot be done safely.

11. Cleaning Solutions

Company uses industry-standard detergents and cleaning agents specifically selected for exterior surfaces. These products are designed to effectively remove dirt, mold, and mildew while minimizing risk to your property. Client understands that certain materials, especially surfaces that are aged, oxidized, or in poor condition, may react to cleaning agents in ways beyond our control. Company is not responsible for discoloration or damage resulting from underlying surface conditions.

12. Pool Chemistry & Maintenance

  • Company will test and adjust pool water chemistry using industry-standard methods. However, fluctuations in weather, water source, pool usage, or pre-existing water conditions may cause levels to temporarily fall outside recommended ranges between visits. Client accepts responsibility for maintaining proper water level and notifying Company of unusual water loss or equipment issues.

  • Company is not responsible for discoloration, staining, scaling, or damage to pool surfaces, liners, or equipment resulting from existing water chemistry issues or delayed reporting of problems.

  • Client agrees to notify Company of any unusual water appearance (e.g., sudden cloudiness, algae blooms) or pool equipment malfunctions immediately.

13. Pool Equipment Limitations

Company provides routine maintenance only (e.g., emptying baskets, brushing, netting, filter backwashing as applicable) but does not perform equipment repairs. Any recommendations for repairs are provided as a courtesy; Company is not liable for damage from failing equipment or delays in repairs performed by others.

14. Scheduling & Cancellation

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee up to $50.

  • Company reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, unsafe conditions, or events outside our control.

15. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless agreed in writing. Overdue balances may incur late fees or interest. Returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

16. Photographs & Marketing

Client agrees Company may take before/after photos for documentation and marketing purposes. Identifying features (e.g., house numbers) will be excluded or blurred where practical.

17. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Pressure & Pools, LLC:

  • Shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

  • Limits total liability to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

  • Disclaims liability for any injury, property damage, or loss caused by Client’s failure to prepare the property as instructed or by conditions outside Company’s control.

18. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee
